The Code Catalyst learning process is extremely rigorous. But it is also very straightforward. Once a student is admitted to the program, they will be organized into their scrum team.
Their first project will be an internal one with a ScrumFactory mentor as their stakeholder.
Once this is successfully completed, they will be matched with a US based student entrepreneur at one of our University or Tech Accelerator partners. They will work together to build a software product intended for live customer use. This phase will continue until each student achieves a standard of excellence that ensures they will be a competent junior developer.
Our team will work to place graduates with a US-based software company or project as a junior developer.
